Every project begins with understanding what the customer needs the finished product to achieve.
Metallix Solutions can manufacture directly from customer designs, but our support does not have to end there. Where appropriate, we can review a design from a manufacturing perspective and identify practical opportunities to make it easier to produce, more cost-effective or better suited to its intended application.
We listen before we begin, work collaboratively throughout the project and provide clear, honest input without taking control away from the customer.

Our industry knowledge runs from managing director level through to experienced, hands-on shop-floor staff.
This brings practical manufacturing experience and business understanding closer together. Customers can speak to a team that understands both the overall project requirements and the realities of turning a design into a finished fabrication.
With much of our processing carried out internally, we can support projects across laser cutting, forming, folding, rolling, fabrication, frame building and welding.
